Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Personalized items may not be eligible.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Notify our customer support at info@heyduck.net within the return period.
- Receive Authorization: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the Product: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the replacement. You are responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for returns and refunds is limited to the returned product. We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages.
